BEST BUDDIES FINE ART The Best Buddies Artist Collection began, very appropriately, through friendship. As a student at Georgetown University, Anthony K. Shriver, Founder and Chairman of Best Buddies International, became friends with legendary pop artist, Keith Haring. After getting to know Keith Haring and witnessing his incredible energy and vibrant style, Anthony thought he would be a perfect fit to create the first image of “Best Buddies.” The vibrant colorful image of two characters embracing one another so perfectly conveyed the Best Buddies mission of friendship that it eventually became the organization’s official logo.
